WorldWise Services, Inc., established in 2001, is a Maryland-based, certified minority-owned business/consulting firm providing services in the areas of global learning, strategic planning, and commerce policy.  We assist governments, school systems, educational institutions, businesses, and non-governmental organizations (NGOs) in two internationally-oriented practice areas:

 Global e-Commerce: Businesses today can offer their goods and services to customers around the corner just as easily as across the globe, thanks to electronic networks like the Internet and other private networks.  However, unlike governments, this e-commerce knows no jurisdictions and therefore presents unique challenges and opportunities to both businesses and governments.  WorldWise assists governments and businesses with developing and implementing practices, policies, and regulations that facilitate global e-commerce and the expansion of the information infrastructures.
